PMTD-5300 Automatic Folding And Packaging Machine for Thick Garment

MACHINE FUNCTION:

  Fold thick garments into appointed size, then pack into polybag automatically.

TYPE OF BAG SEALING:

  Seal by hand.（Suitable for those client require hangtag placed on front side）.

APPLICABLE POLYBAG：

  PE、PP、OPP self-adhesive envelope polybag，not suitable for the flat end polybag .

PAPERBOARD OR ASPHALT PAPER:

  Set by hand.

EFFICIENCY:

  Finish packing 8-10 pcs per minute, 450-600 pcs per hour.

     Machine Features:

        1、You can set up the folded width and length of the garments on PLC；

2、 There are 3 kinds folding patterns：Two folding pattern, Three folding pattern, Trousers folding pattern；

3、 Machine can recognize garment's length intelligently, so can make the firstfolded length suitably while garment size is different, to make sure the folded sizes are the same, and use the same polybag；

4、 There is a corbelled hard board at the last folding procedure, so can forming the folded garment nicely，and make sure the folded garments are smooth and tidy after they were packed into polybag.

    Opearting Process:

       1、 Set up the garment folded size on control panel, and place enough polybags.

       2、 Lay clothes at appointed area on machine. . (If you need paperboard or asphalt paper in clothes, place it at the same time）.

       3、 Start machine, clothes will be folded and packed into polybag automatically.

       4、 Well-place hangtag and seal polybag by hand.
