PMTD-6200DC Multifunctional Folding And  Packaging Machine for Thin Garment  (With bag making)

TYPE OF BAG SEALING:

6200DA Hot melt sealing by machine 6200DB Tear tape sealing by machine 6200DC Stick tape sealing by machine.

APPLICABLE POLYBAG：

PE、PP、OPP membrane.

APPLICABLE CLOTHING：

Thin Clothes, like T-Shirt, Polo, thin jacket, casual shirts etc. , for most of the summer ware and thin winter dress.

REMARK:

        Such machine can't make sure the hangtag place on front side. So suitable for those customer have no requirement on hangtag position. 

         Machine Features: 

   Fold thin garments into appointed size, then pack into polybag, and seal the polybag automatically by machine.

   Special function: Polybag making, place paperboard or asphalt paper and desiccant automatically by machine.

     Opearting Process:

      1、Set up the garment folded size on control panel. 

      2、Lay clothes at appointed area on machine.

      3 、Start machine, paperboard/asphalt paper, desiccant will be placed into garment automatically.

      4、Then machine fold the garment, make polybag from membrane automatically, and pack the garment into the bag, seal the bag finally all by machine.

    Efficiency:

Finish packing 8-10 pcs per minute, 500-600 pcs per hour.

    Measurement:

L6300mm，W1050mm，H1500mm. Machine is divided into two section during transportation.
