What are the points to pay attention to in the garment ironing and shaping machine? The garment ironing and shaping machine is a method of ironing with various ironing machines. This method is uniform and efficient compared to manual ironing. However, since it relies on the die of the ironing machine to perform overall ironing of the garment, it is inevitable that some subtleties cannot be considered.

(1) Temperature

The temperature of the garment ironing machine is controlled by the amount of steam and the distance between the two dies. There are two ways to use the steam: one is to send steam to the upper die, the steam is not sent to the lower die; the other is to deliver steam at the same time. When the distance between the two dies is small, the temperature rises; when the distance between the two dies is large, the temperature drops. Therefore, the temperature of the garment ironing and shaping machine is small when the distance between the two horizontal heads is large and the lower die is not steamed; when the temperature is high, the pressure is tight between the two molds and the upper and lower dies are simultaneously supplied with steam. The steam contains a certain amount of water, generally 10% to 25%, and the amount of water can be achieved by controlling the amount of steam supplied.

(2) Pressure

There are two ways to press the garment ironing machine: mechanical pressure and pneumatic pressure. The mechanical pressurization is controlled by adjusting the upper mold pressure regulator; the pneumatic pressurization is controlled by adjusting the upper mold pressure pneumatic valve. Paper and cloth can be used for trial adjustment during operation, and the pressure should be filtered to different from the pressure of the iron. The same pressure, such as between hard objects, the pressure on the garment is greater, such as between soft objects, between soft and hard objects, the degree of softness will offset some of the pressure.

(3) cooling

After the ironing is completed, the bottom mold forms a negative pressure through the control of the dehumidification system, allowing the air to quickly pass through the garment placed thereon, thereby taking the steam heat and moisture on the garment away with the air.

There are two ways to cool:

One is mold cooling, that is, when the upper and lower dies are still closed together, this method takes a long time and the shaping effect is good;

The other is open mold cooling, that is, the upper mold is turned on and cooled, the effect is slightly worse than the previous one, but the time is shorter.

One: put the garment on the lower die;

Two: lower the head of the ironing table, using steam injection;

Three: Lift the head of the ironing table so that the garment is shaped so that it is smooth and smooth;

Four: Close the head of the ironing table and spray the steam again;
